Application process

The backfill campaign aims to find the best applicants for the University of Cambridge. It will run over 6 months from March 2024 and new roles will be released throughout this time.

The first assessment stage will involve meeting our consultants at our Cambridge office. Successful applicants will then be invited to an interview at the University of Cambridge.

The assessment process aims to finish within four weeks of receiving your application. Interviews at the University will give applicants the chance to meet key people, learn more about the role and understand the opportunity.
